The Clinic of Hospital Hygiene and Infection Control, Medical University of Vienna, investigated L.O.G. Technology® in mature biofilms and confirmed a significantly higher efficacy when using hydrogen peroxide encapsuled in micelles in contrast to non-encapsuled hydrogen peroxide. The results revealed complete elimination of all bacteria in biofilm after 5 minutes exposure time.
